Randall R. Dawson, CLU
 A principal in Irvine, CA, Randall R. Dawson has 25 years of experience providing companies and individuals with creative solutions to complex executive benefit, retirement, business succession and wealth preservation planning needs. His professional objective is to empower companies and their employees by maximizing current strategies and expenditures more effectively so the objectives of both the employer and employees are profitably met. Preserving the value of privately held companies and net worth of families is also a primary focus of his practice. He holds a B.S. from Iowa State University and is a Chartered Life Underwriter. He is active with the Union League Club of Chicago and its affiliated charities, particularly the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago and its outreach programs. Jeremy Dicker
 

Jeremy Dicker, Managing Director of Strategic Benefits Group LLC and affiliated with Strategic Financial Group in Los Angeles, has been in the financial security industry since April 1, 1995.  Jeremy's focus is corporate executive benefit planning, high net worth financial planning and estate planning. He maintains a primary office in West Los Angeles with a team dedicated to client centered service and open architecture design and advice. He is a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriters (AALU) and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).

Jeremy's educational focus was and continues to be political science and community service. He is a resident of Marina del Rey and a California native whose first love is baseball and continues to be a major priority in his personal life.  Jeremy enjoys anything outdoors -- the beach, surfing, golf, and of course playing baseball.  His community involvement and interests extend to anything around serving underprivileged children.

Jeremy serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of Southern California as well as its executive committee where he serves as Chairman of the golf committee.  This has become the premier event in Southern California benefiting JA SoCal. (back to top)

 Scott joined Strategic Benefits Group in 1997. His primary focus is personal needs analysis, corporate executive benefits, business succession, and estate analysis. He maintains a primary office in Irvine with a team of professionals dedicated to client service and research. He received a B.S. in Business Finance from Illinois State University. His industry affiliation includes membership in the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. A principal in the West Los Angeles office, Edward Moyzes, MAcc, CLU, CFP joined Strategic Benefits Group in 2001. His primary focus is planning for business owners and key executives. Allan B. Oulate
 

A native of Ivory Coast in West Africa, Allan B. Oulate has seven years of experience in providing tailored financial security solutions for mid-size businesses, as well as corporate executives and key employees. His primary focus is designing strategic solutions for corporate executive benefits, business succession planning, and wealth and estate planning services. He maintains an office in Downtown Los Angeles with a team of professionals dedicated to servicing his clients. He holds a degree in Economics from Pomona College, in Claremont, California, and is fluent in both French and Spanish in addition to English.
